Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's consent) to make any purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

Vyaparkhel is a game of skill and strategy played with virtual, in-game money and property that have no real-world monetary value.

• Tokens, cosmetics, themes, VIP passes, and other virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the game.
• Virtual items are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game, and have no cash value.
• We may add, change, or retire virtual items and game features over time.

• Purchases of virtual items are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes.
• Because virtual items are delivered to your account immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where an item was not delivered due to our error.
• If you are charged but do not receive an item, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.
• We may change prices or discontinue items at any time; changes do not affect items you have already purchased.

To keep games fair and enjoyable, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post unlawful or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other players' accounts.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual items for real money outside the game.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may issue warnings, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

To keep live games moving, a player who disconnects may be temporarily controlled by an automated player and can reclaim their seat on reconnecting within the allowed window. Game state is recorded on our servers, and our records are the authoritative record of a game’s outcome.

The Service, including its name, logo, artwork, board design, animations, sounds, and code, is owned by Vyaparkhel or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service relies on third parties including Clerk (sign-in), Google (optional sign-in), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep it running smoothly, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyaparkhel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of virtual items, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other players. On termination, your licence to use virtual items ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
